If you are having a sewing emergency and need your order ASAP, please contact us and we will do our best to expedite your delivery. (Because seriously, sewing emergencies DO happen from time to time. We totally get that!) 

Please allow 3 working days for order processing. We will endeavour to ship the business day after your order is received, but this may vary at times of high order volume.

There may be times deliveries are delayed for reasons out of our control. In these instances, underwired will keep you up to date with the status of your order, and ship as soon as possible.

Items are shipped from Melbourne, Australia using a courier service and Australia Post. If your order is sent via courier, you will be sent an email with the estimated delivery date. Australia Post delivery times can be determined using the Delivery Time Calculator, and tracked via the number received with your order confirmation.

We ship Monday-Friday. Orders will not be processed on weekends or Victorian public holidays

All care is taken to ship items in a timely manner. underwired is not responsible for transit times once parcel has been shipped.

Shipping within Australia is a flat rate of $10

Shipping to New Zealand is a flat rate of $15

We ship worldwide using Australia Post and courier services. Size restrictions may apply.

All couriered parcels are shipped with an Authority to Leave at your premises if no one is home. If you are not home at the time of delivery, your parcel will be left with all care taken and no responsibility or liability accepted.

If you DO NOT wish for your parcel to be left at your address if the courier is unable to make the delivery, please make a note to that effect at checkout. If you prefer to have your parcel shipped via Australia Post instead of our courier, please make a note to that effect at checkout.

We use courier service to ship most orders. You will receive tracking updates via email when the courier is booked, when the parcel is picked up and when the parcel is delivered to your address. These notifications will include a link to more detailed tracking information. All parcels are marked with an Authority to Leave, unless otherwise advised by you at checkout. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International orders are shipped via Australia Post. Real time shipping quotes are available at checkout. Customers can select from the following levels: Courier, Express, Standard, Economy Air and Economy Sea. Please note, Economy Air and Economy Sea do not include any form of tracking of your parcel.

Please note: You are responsible for any and all customs/brokerage fees that may be incurred. These charges are unique to your country and are out of our control.

MISSING PARCELS & LIABILITY

Sometimes, things do go wrong and parcels do go missing in the post. It happens rarely, but please let us know if you have not received your patterns in a reasonable time frame, and we'll do our best to sort it out for you. It can take up to a month before mail marked return to sender makes it's way back to us, and we're sure you'd rather be sewing in that time!

RETURN POLICY

We are proud to say we have purchased the finest bra-making supplies available for your sewing pleasure. If you should receive the incorrect goods, or goods that are defective in any way, please contact us so we can correct the problem. Contact must be made within 30 days of shipment of the item. We will replace the items, or refund your money once the goods have been returned to us, as required under Australian Consumer law. We regret that there are no returns on cut goods, patterns, or goods that have obviously been used or no longer saleable.

For best results, please follow care instructions in the product listing. We do not accept claims on goods that have not been washed according to care instructions.

DYES

We cannot guarantee that all parts of a garment will dye evenly, or that different items will dye the same shade as each other. We stock quality dyes, but are unable to guarantee the suitability for your specific project.

Colours indicated in the item description should be used as a guide only. underwired will endeavour to represent all dye colours as accurately as possible in the product description (including images) at the time of listing, however there may be differences in the colours depending on the calibration of your monitor.  Dye colours will also vary on different fibres/products.

If the colour is critical, you should test first to ensure you can achieve the desired shade. Colours can also be mixed to vary the shade according to your needs. Please note, there may be some variation in colours between batches and dye lots.

underwired takes no responsibility for colour variation between batches and dye lots. If you need to dye a large quantity of fabric, please be sure to test the colour first, and then use enough product to dye everything in one batch.

Your use of products sourced from this website are entirely at your own risk and underwired shall not be held liable. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through this website meet your specific requirements. We strongly recommend testing to ensure the product is suitable for your specific application. We make no guarantees about how products will work in your situation.

PRICING AND PAYMENT

All prices are in Australian dollars and inclusive of GST.

All sales are final. Finalisation of sale between underwired and the customer occurs when payment has been made and customer has been advised via email that goods have shipped. Once your order has been processed, there is no refund available for change of mind.

On occasion you may be manually invoiced for a pre-order, special order, in-person sale, or other circumstance. By paying for your order, you agree to all terms and conditions set out in this policy, the product listing and/or invoice.

underwired is not liable for any delay in transit times once goods have been accepted by courier or Australia Post.

We pack each parcel with care to minimise damage in transit. underwired is not liable for any damage that occurs during transit or opening of parcel.
